What You'll Do:

We're looking for driven and detail-oriented interns to join our HR team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced BPO environment, supporting key operational functions and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and updating employee records and documentation
  • Support recruitment efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
  • Help draft and format HR communications, forms, and reports
  • Participate in wellness initiatives and employee engagement activities
  • Contribute to compliance tracking and audit preparation

Who are we looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team
