Human Resources Intern/OJT

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media).
  • Assist in screening and shortlisting applicants based on qualifications and requirements.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Help maintain and update applicant tracking databases and records.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
  • Participate in virtual job fairs and other recruitment activities.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Senior High or currently enrolled in a college/university program (preferably BS in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course).

  • With an endorsement from the school for internship.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.

  • Letter of Intent
  • Endorsement letter from school confirming that they are indeed qualified to complete the internship program (with number of hours)
  • Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)
  • Copy of Syllabus or Registration Form
