Job Summary: Primarily responsible for the effective and efficient supervision of the Sales Group's activities and personnel, attainment of the group's sales targets, administration of the group's customer database, and the timely compliance with the Autohub Group/Company and Plant/Manufacturer's requirements and standards on sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration or related field
  • At least 5-6 years relevant work experience, 2-3 years of which are in a supervisory capacity
  • Has Non-professional Driver's License

Responsibilities:

  • Exercises day-to-day supervision to the In-House Sales Section and ensures that all deliverables are delivered to the clients and/or concerned personnel
  • Ensures that all VIP clients and/or referred by key officers and AUTOHUB employees to In-House Sales Consultants as prospects for sales are attended to
  • Ensures that the Digital Sales Consultant's Prospects Conversion Plans are carried out
  • Monitors the timely processing of procedural and documentation requirements for brand new vehicle sales and vehicle renewal on sold units
  • Oversees the sales process to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with prescribed guidelines, procedures, and standards
  • Ensures that the group sales targets are met or exceeded within the given timeline
  • Oversees the establishment, updating and expansion of the In-House Sales Customers' Database and other unit data and records
  • Facilitates the formulation of appropriate, creative and innovative sales strategies to ensure the attainment of the group's sales targets
