ABOUT THE ROLE
The Retail Sales Supervisor will lead a team of Sales Associates to meet company sales targets. Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality customer responses, developing sales strategies and forecasts, preparing sales reports and administrative documents. The position also requires modifying and communicating standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating staff schedules, managing performance issues, resolving conflicts, and providing support to other departments as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years sales experience; with proven experience in closing deals
  • At least 1 year experience in people management/supervisory role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Analytical and strategical skills
  • Good command of the English language
  • Must be adaptable to working on Saturdays
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and dynamic environment

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sales Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales plans to increase revenue.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team sales performance, providing feedback and coaching.
  4. Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  6. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
  7. Inventory & Pricing Coordination: Work with management to ensure proper stock levels and competitive pricing.
