
National Sales Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Supervisor to lead and support our sales efforts in the FMCG (non-food) sector, with a strong focus on modern trade distribution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic relationships with major buyers in supermarkets, pharmacies, and similar retail channels. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives in alignment with company goals.
- Key Account Management:Build and maintain relationships with key accounts (e.g., SM, Robinsons, S&R), negotiate contracts, promotions, and pricing agreements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:Supervise, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Analyze sales data to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Market Intelligence:Identify new product opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Support:Ensure smooth execution of sales operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales (non-food) or modern trade distribution (e.g., supermarkets, pharmacies).
- Skills: Strong data analysis, presentation, negotiation, and planning skills.
- Preferred: Established relationships with major buyers (e.g., SM, Robinsons, S&R) and a strong understanding of FMCG sales trends and best practices.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret market and sales data to guide decision-making.
- Presentation: Strong presentation skills to effectively pitch products and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Expertise in negotiating contracts and terms with key accounts.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to long-term planning and business development initiatives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
- Existing relationships with key buyers in supermarkets, pharmacies, and other retail chains.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG sales trends, modern trade dynamics, and best practices.
