About the Role

As a Sales Supervisor at Homemaker Furniture, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve targets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining store operations.

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of solid experience in sales within the retail industry.

  • Strong background in customer service.

  • Demonstrated passion and competitiveness in achieving sales goals.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Manager in daily store operations.

  • Maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee merchandise displays and stock levels.
