Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Activation ( Training & Account Management)

  • Collaborate with the stakeholder to understand client needs and tailor activation strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate and develop training programs for clients transitioning from sales to implementation phase.
  • Knowledge in teaching and ability to design and present to the client by providing training materials related to business needs
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, account management, and post-sales support.
  • Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client activation processes and improve overall customer retention.
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients throughout the activation process.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client activation and support activities.
  • Field Visits & Customer Service Skills

After Sales Support ( Customer Service) - Other tasks

  • Respond promptly to service calls and perform onsite repairs as needed, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address escalated technical issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Keep detailed records of service calls, maintenance activities, and inventory.

Field Visits & Customer Engagement

  • Conduct field visits to support onboarding and activation.
  • Apply strong customer service skills in addressing client concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
