Responsibilities / Duties:

Operations

  • Request and provide complete details to the HRAD for pooling and hiring of Project Employees.
  • Ensure that the Project employees are trained in the operational guidelines and processes.
  • Supervise, Manage and guide the employees hired for the project in its implementation and execution by assisting with overseeing and management of tasks related to project completion.
  • Coordinate with client and other stakeholders regularly and that they are kept abreast in the latest updates on the project.
  • Create and Submit Accurate Reports to client and other stakeholders on time.
  • Handle and manage all requirements for the project as needed.
  • Coordinate with Local Government Units, Account or Establishment Representatives, Third Party Entities for any requirement or compliance in connection with the Projects or Activities.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency and profitability in the implementation of Projects.
  • Ensure that supervision of the project is at a high level by doing off-site and after-hours support.
  • Coordinates the work and activities of staff, monitors and controls resources
  • Assist the Operations Manager for requirements or compliance with clients and as needed.

Administrative Functions
- Ensure that Requests for Cash, Payment and Purchases are done in time and properly documented.
- Ensure that suppliers, third party entities are paid in time and that documentations are acquired ,reported and submitted on time and in full.
- Ensure that liquidations are submitted in time and in full.
- Provide support to the Operations team for other related tasks.

Management Support
- Responsible for the timely and accurate submission of management reports
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
