The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing pricing activities to support the energy retail operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and effective multitasking skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, operations, and compliance to ensure pricing is accurate, competitive, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations for residential and business customers
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams for custom pricing
  • Support promotional pricing campaigns and special offers
  • Maintain and update pricing systems accurately
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and energy costs
  • Streamline pricing processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations on pricing performance and market conditions
  • Support overall business reporting on client, product, and sales performance

Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in Energy Pricing or Business Operations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to think holistically
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in the Electricity and Gas industry
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling, simulations, and predictive analytics
