What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound customer calls and queries with professionalism and empathy

  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for resolution
  • Actively participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills
  • Foster a positive customer experience and contribute to high customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with call center software and computer proficiency
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; previous call center experience is preferred but not required
