About the role

We are looking for an experienced Meat Merchandiser Butcher to join our team at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative'. This is a full-time position based in San Fernando Pampanga. As a Meat Merchandiser Butcher, you will be responsible for optimising the display and presentation of our fresh meat products to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat products according to store policies and customer requests
  2. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the meat department
  3. Tracking inventory and restocking meat products as needed
  4. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
  5. Participating in product training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  6. Ensuring compliance with all food safety and health regulations

  2. With NBI
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
  4. COMPLETE MANDATOR REQUIREMENTS
  5. A passion for food and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
