JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SHOULD HAVE 5 years of experience as Program or Project Scheduler in the Construction or Telecommunications Industry
  • SHOULD HAVE a proven ability to create and manage complex, multi project schedules using modern scheduling platforms (beyond basic MS Project or PrimaVera Functions)
  • SHOULD HAVE a strong understanding of current scheduling methodologies and best practices.
  • SHOULD HAVE an advance proficiently in Microsoft Excel and experience working with databases.
  • SHOULD HAVE an Excellent Reporting and Communication Skills, with the ability to present technical scheduling data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced program environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and maintain schedules as project conditions change.
  • Exposure to modern modelling or simulation tools for schedule and scenario analysis is preferred.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain integrated, multi-project schedules using advanced scheduling tools and techniques.
  • Model dependencies, risks, and resource availability to produce accurate and achievable timelines.
  • Continuously update and refine schedules in response to project changes or new information.
  • Evaluate schedule scenarios and their implications to enable data-driven decision-making and ensure timely project delivery. · Identify and communicate critical paths, potential delays, and recovery options.
  • Generate clear and insightful schedule reports for the Program Manager and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project and PMO teams to ensure alignment of schedules with program governance and reporting.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across scheduling systems and databases.
  • Support the integration of scheduling data with forecasting and performance reporting tools.
