About the Role

We are looking for a Project Controller to join our Business Development team. This role is responsible for monitoring the project's financial health, schedule, and risks. You will work closely with the Project Director, Project Manager, and EPC Contractor to ensure the project stays on budget, on schedule, and compliant with standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze project costs, budget variances, and forecasts.

  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, and progress.

  • Prepare and present financial and schedule performance reports (e.g., EVM, S-Curves).

  • Identify risks related to costs and schedules, and support risk mitigation planning.

  • Ensure compliance with company governance, reporting standards, and documentation requirements.

  • Coordinate with EPC Contractor's project controls team for accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.

  • Manage the project's electronic document management system.

  • Provide support on administrative tasks and documentation when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management, or financial analysis.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced Excel.

  • Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), and forecasting.

  • Familiarity with cost control systems (SAP, Oracle, or ERP).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Flexible, proactive, and a team player.

  • Can adapt to fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Setup

  • Project-based employment.

  • Assignment location: Magat, Ramon, Isabela.

  • May involve office-based, site-based, or remote coordination work.
