Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and conducting variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Present financial reports to the executive team and stakeholders.

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Manage the full AP process, including invoice verification, approval, and ensuring timely, accurate payments.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and negotiate favorable terms when possible.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Oversee the complete AR function, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis.
  • Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts as necessary.

Cash Flow Management

  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity.
  • Optimize working capital and cash management practices.

Cost Control and Efficiency

  • Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency.
  • Track and control operational expenses.

Accounting and Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Experience with Supply Chain and SAP is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
