DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepares Branch Performance Analysis on a monthly basis

  2. Reviews reports on intercompany sales transactions and tax-related issues to the

Logistics Department

  1. Reviews the accuracy of reconciliation of landed cost estimate vs. actual landed cost

  2. Reviews completeness and accuracy of recording location and department allocation

and connects with Section Heads for noted exceptions

  1. Performs analysis on ROU rental computation

  2. Reviews interest expense on inventory financing

  3. Checks and reviews schedules of transaction costs

  4. Reviews report of current/non-current portion of accounts receivable, notes receivable,

and loans payable

  1. Advises concerned personnel/supervisor for any issues/exceptions identified

  2. Organizes filing and maintenance of reference documents

  3. Accomplishes all other duties that may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A Senior high school graduate or college undergraduate of Accounting, Business

Management, or Finance provided that the candidate has the required relevant work

experience indicated and with the approval of the hiring manager and department head.

  1. Over 2 years of relevant work experience

  2. Good verbal and written communication skills

  3. Good analytical and judgement/problem-solving skills

  4. Keen to detail to avoid errors and probable loss

  5. Knowledgeable, or familiar with, MS Office or Google Suite
