Job Summary:

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance department. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in various financial processes and assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and analyzing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Help with the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Assist in processing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with audits and financial compliance efforts.
  • Participate in special financial projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance and Accounting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel (experience with financial software is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
