Junior US Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- The Junior US Recruiter will be tasked to assist in sourcing for qualified candidates in a high-volume, online-based, centralized recruiting environment.
- Collaborating with Staffing Managers in various recruiting functions such as resume sourcing, candidate screening, scheduling applicant interviews, conducting job offers and administering onboarding/hire paperwork.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of recruiting experience in the local or US market
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Excellent time management skills and solid organizational skills.
- Should have own equipment with strong and stable internet connection.
- Must be amenable to work on Night Shift, 11:00pm - 8:00am
- Can work full onsite in McKinley West Taguig for 6 months then transition to hybrid setup after.
- Fresh Graduates with internship experience in the recruitment are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
