FC Home Center is seeking a passionate and driven Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and identifying top talent to support the growth of our rapidly expanding home improvement retail business in Santa Ana, Manila City.

Job Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

  1. Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' fit and qualifications
  2. Coordinate the interview and hiring process, including scheduling, feedback, and offer negotiations
  3. Maintain and continuously improve our candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system
  4. Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  5. Analyze recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement

Job Qualification

  1. 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment role
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  3. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job hiring platforms, and social media platforms for recruitment
  4. Familiarity with hiring best practices in the Philippines
  5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
