Job Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist/Generalist, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that elevate the company's brand and drive growth. You will oversee and implement both online and offline campaigns, generate compelling content, and use data-driven insights to enhance performance. This role is designed for a creative and analytical individual who can manage various aspects of marketing, from branding to advertising and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding & Strategy Execution:

    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that reflect the company's branding goals. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels, from visual assets to messaging.
  • Campaign Management:

    Lead and manage the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Content Development:

    Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This includes writing blog posts, crafting social media content, preparing email newsletters, creating advertisements, and more.
  • Advertising:

    Manage both paid and organic advertising efforts to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. This includes overseeing display ads, sponsored content, and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns. Use key metrics such as return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, customer engagement, and other performance data to refine strategies and achieve better results.
  • Market Research & Trends:

    Conduct regular market research to stay on top of industry trends, competitor activities, and shifts in consumer behavior. Use these insights to inform and adapt marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:

    Partner with internal teams (sales, product development, design) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals. You'll play a key role in brainstorming ideas, setting timelines, and ensuring projects are executed smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in marketing, with a focus on branding, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative and results-driven with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
