Job Summary

  • Develop and test new recipes, sides, and limited-time offers in line with the brand's quality, cost, and timeline targets
  • Standardize and document recipes for commissary and store use
  • Implement systems for product quality, consistency, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct food tastings, supplier trials, and ingredient sourcing for menu and LTO (limited-time offer) development
  • Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for rollouts and gather operational feedback
  • Maintain up-to-date records of formulations, specifications, and process documentation
  • Research and test alternative ingredients and packaging to support stable supply and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Nutrition, or related field
  • With hands-on experience in food product development, menu creation, or kitchen R&D
  • Skilled in ingredient functions, food safety standards (FDA, sanitation), and food costing.
  • Passionate about developing dishes & improving recipes
  • Strong documentation & organizational skills (recipes, SOPs)
  • Up-to-date with food trends, market insights, and customer preferences
  • A genuine love for creating great dining experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
