Job Overview We’re seeking a meticulous and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to support our growth strategy by identifying and connecting with international schools and sports organizations throughout Southeast Asia and beyond. Your role will focus on researching target markets, building accurate contact databases, and initiating outreach via email and phone. This role requires a strong eye for detail, sound understanding of geographical distinctions, and a sense of responsibility when handling client communications and lead qualification. Responsibilities Build and maintain a detailed and accurate database of international schools, football clubs, netball clubs, basketball clubs, and cricket academies in Singapore, Malaysia, and other targeted markets. Conduct in-depth research to identify key decision-makers and verify contact information. Ensure all leads are geographically relevant and do not overlap with existing client relationships. Initiate first contact via email or phone to gauge interest, then qualify and forward promising leads. Craft and personalize email copy to introduce the company’s offerings and online teamwear sales portal. Make follow-up calls to validate lead interest or gather missing details. Periodically clean, review, and update the database to maintain accuracy and relevance. Expand lead database into new and emerging markets such as Hong Kong and the Middle East. Provide timely updates to the client and maintain open, professional communication. Requirements Detail-oriented, with proven experience in research and accurate data entry Geographically aware, with knowledge of country-specific distinctions to avoid misrouted leads Reliable and proactive, especially in updating the database and communicating with the client Proficient in spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets) and database tools Communicative, with excellent English writing and speaking skills Self-driven, with good time management and the ability to work independently Familiar with or able to learn about the international education and sportswear sectors Knowledgeable in email marketing principles and outreach strategies (basic experience is acceptable) Benefits Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent Work from Home Immediate Hiring Steady Freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
