Position:IUU Research Manager

Position Overview:

The IUU Specialist at Ipsos will play a pivotal role in developing innovative research methodologies to enhance user understanding and experience. This position requires a forward-thinking professional with a strong foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and drive user-centered innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cutting-edge research initiatives to deepen user understanding and inform product development.

  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate user insights into the innovation process.

  • Analyze and synthesize research data to develop strategic recommendations.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging research technologies.

  • Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to support client and internal innovation projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Design Thinking, Market Research, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in user research, UX research, or a similar role.

  • Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation.
