Virtual Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Data Entry and Research Specialists. In this role, you will monitor venue websites for event information, including show dates, pricing, and availability. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills to accurately enter and organize data in spreadsheets. Additionally, this role requires effective communication skills to collaborate with the client and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and track events by monitoring venue websites for updated information on shows, dates, and pricing.
  • Accurately enter and maintain event details in a structured spreadsheet.
  • Ensure data integrity by cross-referencing and validating information.
  • Communicate effectively with the client to provide updates, clarify details, and address any concerns.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in data collection and reporting.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to research and verify information efficiently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
