  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the hotel and its services, such as accommodations, food and beverage, events, and other offerings.
  • Increase brand awareness and attract new guests by identifying and targeting potential markets.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts such as online advertising, social media presence, SEO, email marketing, and the hotel website content.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments (sales, operations, food and beverage) to promote hotel products and drive incremental revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and coordinate promotional events, advertising campaigns, and public relations activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor/agency relationships.
  • Track and report the performance of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators.
  • Maintain accurate client and guest databases and ensure timely communication.
  • Represent the hotel at trade fairs, consumer shows, and industry events.
  • Support sales efforts by generating leads and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with brand standards.
