  • About the Role

Creates and implements tailored marketing plans for individual hospital units and specialty centers to promote their services, increase patient engagement, and support departmental growth targets. Designs and executes strategic marketing events aligned with Department of Health (DOH) calendar, including lay forums, caravans, and awareness campaigns targeting the general public and patient communities. Collaborates with cross-sectional teams (marketing, operations, and clinical departments) to ensure cohesive messaging, high-quality service delivery, and consistent brand experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development, positioning, and promotion of healthcare products and service packages.
  • Benchmarks services and offerings against industry competitors.
  • Creates and implements tailored marketing plans.
  • Designs and executes strategic marketing events.
  • Collaborates with cross-sectional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications, or related field.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare products and portfolios.
  • Thorough understanding of market trends, customer segmentation, competitive landscape, pricing strategies, and regulatory considerations.
