JOB SCOPE:

  • Provides oversight for the Marketing operations for the Golf Business Unit including but not limited to; Social Media platforms, website, domestic and international business partners, cross-functional marketing campaigns and strategies, brand standards and team oversight.
  • Gathers and analyzes information through research to identify new markets and customer, demand for products and services and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns, strategies and pricing.
  • Liaise with all business partners to maximize marketing opportunities, building marketing campaigns with both domestic and international partners.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field is required.
  • A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least three (3) to five (5) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience working with or within the hospitality, sports, or golf industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and event-based).
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with international and domestic business stakeholders to execute joint marketing initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices including SEO/SOM, Google Analytics, CRM tools, email automation, and social media management platforms.
