RResponsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and shipment volume to meet agreed objectives through extensive market development and effective account management.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market developments, threats, opportunities, client businesses, and competitors' activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management and counterparts, and implement responsive strategies based on findings.
  • Draft, prepare, and follow up on service proposals for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Regularly visit clients to identify requirements, strengthen relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Address client requirements, problems, or complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Handle inquiries from walk-in/phone-in clients or foreign counterparts regarding rates and other account-related details.
  • Assist the billing and collection team in monitoring and ensuring timely payments from clients.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Management or any related field.
  • With at least 3–5 years of account management experience in a freight forwarding company.
  • Strong leadership, account management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Must own a car and be willing to travel within Pampanga and nearby areas.
  • Must be a Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably with 1–4 years of experience specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Full-time position available.
