WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Acts as Point-Of-Contact of the Company
  • Support the Executives of the Company and Company
  • Manage inspection board/calendar of the Company
  • Allocate and prepare budget for inspections
  • Handle company-client requirements
  • Manage principal emails of the Company
  • Manage daily office operations and processes
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Manage the company phone lines
  • Logistical support and routine administrative tasks, including off-site responsibilities as needed

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Residing within NCR (We don't offer relocation assistance for outside NCR residents)
  • Applicants with at least 1 year of in-depth administrative experience.
  • Has high degree of attention to details and organized
  • Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Has the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Able to make sound judgment and has practical decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Fully vaccinated with booster shot
  • Willing to work in Makati Office
  • Willing to work overtime

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
