WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Acts as Point-Of-Contact of the Company
- Support the Executives of the Company and Company
- Manage inspection board/calendar of the Company
- Allocate and prepare budget for inspections
- Handle company-client requirements
- Manage principal emails of the Company
- Manage daily office operations and processes
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Manage the company phone lines
- Logistical support and routine administrative tasks, including off-site responsibilities as needed
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Residing within NCR (We don't offer relocation assistance for outside NCR residents)
- Applicants with at least 1 year of in-depth administrative experience.
- Has high degree of attention to details and organized
- Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to make sound judgment and has practical decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fully vaccinated with booster shot
- Willing to work in Makati Office
- Willing to work overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
