Responsibility Summary:

Generally assist for the development and administration of efficient and professional operations of occupational health services in accordance with company policies, practices, procedures, and applicable legal regulations to achieve the desired goals and objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Oversee and manage the administrative and operational activities of occupational health services in the plant.

· Assure & recommend how to comply with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.

· Responsible for securing and keeping all records, medical equipment, and programs related to occupational health services.

· Collaborate with internal/external resources for program development, such as canteen committee, regulatory agencies, Red Cross (first aid training), etc.

· Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines. (First Aid).

· Administer/assist the company's Drug-Free Workplace Program and other workplace policies in required by DOLE.

· Manage sick leaves/medical related absences to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and return to work permits

· Communicate, appropriate health topics as part of sickness/absences prevention program. Assess healthcare needs, and recommend healthcare programs to improve health and facilitate return to work, maintain medical files

· Assist departments with identifying, evaluating, and implementing accommodations and return to work options for workers with restricted duty.

· Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety, Operations, and Human Resources to develop operations, programs, and services by providing content expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php28,500.00 per month
