Job Summary:

The QA Officer ensures that all restaurants adhere to company standards on food safety, product quality, cleanliness, and customer service. This role involves conducting regular store audits, training staff on quality protocols, and coordinating with Operations, Kitchen, and HR to address any non-compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular
    store inspections and audits
    (food handling, sanitation, product quality, and service).
  • Monitor compliance with
    food safety standards
    (e.g., DOH, LGU, and company-specific policies).
  • Validate
    proper implementation of SOPs
    in kitchen and dining operations.
  • Prepare and submit
    QA reports and corrective action plans
    .
  • Coordinate with the Operations and Training teams for
    continuous improvement programs
    .
  • Investigate
    customer complaints
    related to food safety and product quality.
  • Support
    new store openings
    by checking readiness in terms of food safety and quality compliance.
  • Conduct
    staff training and orientation
    on hygiene and quality standards.
  • Ensure
    pest control and sanitation programs
    are implemented and documented.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Food Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Nutrition, or related field.
  • At least
    1–3 years of experience
    in QA, F&B operations, or food safety.
  • Knowledgeable in
    HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
  • Strong
    analytical and auditing skills
    .
  • Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Willing to travel for store audits and work flexible hours.

Performance Indicators:

  • Audit compliance rate per store
  • Timely submission of QA reports
  • Number of corrective actions implemented
  • Reduction in customer complaints related to food quality or safety
