Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance and quality assurance programs in accordance with applicable government regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular internal quality audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
  • Maintain documentation and records required for regulatory inspections, certifications, and audits.
  • Identify non-conformances and lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive action initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, product quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance standards, audit findings, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and certification bodies during inspections and assessments.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws, regulations, and standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Prepare and present quality and compliance performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs, preferably within a technology, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in conducting internal and supplier audits.

Certifications (Preferred):

Industry-recognized Quality Management or Auditing Certification such as:

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
  • or equivalent certification

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
