Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing Order Fulfillment:Managing the entire order process, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing inventory to minimize shortages and overstock situations.
  • Customer Service Management:Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and support.
  • Website Functionality:Ensuring the online store is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and optimized for conversions.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, order fulfillment times, and customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for improvement.

Essential Skills:

  • E-commerce Platform Expertise: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok or others.
  • Supply Chain Management: Understanding of the e-commerce supply chain, including logistics, warehousing, and order fulfillment.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement Skills: Ability to identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide guidance, and achieve operational goals.
