Job Description:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and achievement of sales goals. The role involves managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and creating a positive experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead store staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficient service and cleanliness
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by implementing effective sales strategies
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
  • Conduct regular stock checks and prevent loss through shrinkage control
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company standards
  • Implement promotions, merchandising, and visual displays as directed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1-3 years Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle customer concerns and manage conflicts professionally
  • Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office tools
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work 12/10 hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
