Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Marketing MasteryCraft winning listing submissions for sales, leases, and property management

Design eye-catching materials (brochures, signboards, digital ads) using CanvaExecute targeted email blasts to showcase new/leased properties

Maintain flawless property data in VAULT (sales/leasing management system)Generate weekly campaign reports with performance metrics

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Serve as liaison between sales teams, landlords, and clients

Provide landlords with timely updates and documentation

Must-Have Qualifications1-2 years in real estate marketing or admin (preferred)Basic graphic design principles

Detail-obsessed with flawless execution
