JOB PURPOSE:

The Distribution Specialist for Order Management is responsible for managing the order lifecycle, making sure that the Company is achieving 100% of SLA on different platforms. Collaborates with cross-functional partners within the Supply Chain network to ensure Customer satisfaction by providing timely and proactive order status reporting, driving effective and efficient issue resolution that is affecting Customers' orders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Verify assigned brand orders and prepare order reports on a daily basis.


• Monitor, review, and manage open orders daily and serve as a first point of contact for order escalation in the Distribution   Center.


• Consistent monitoring of brand-assigned inventory in different inventory platforms.


• Coordinate with Brand teams for any issues and concerns.


• Manage the daily order fulfillment flow to resolve daily execution issues.


• Generates required departmental reports and assists in tracking section performance.


• Take ownership of aging orders, initiating an investigation into delays.


• Track delays and systematically address root causes.

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Applicant must be a Bachelor's Degree holder of Industrial Engineering or equivalent


• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Knowledge of end-to-end warehouse/supply chain management process.

Knowledge on end-to-end order lifecycle.

Knowledge of project management methodologies.

Can communicate effectively both verbal and written.

Computer literate

Results-oriented and has a good command of urgency under extreme pressure.

Must be able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
