About the role

We are seeking an experienced Distributor Specialist / Coordinator to join our team in Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the distribution and logistics of our McCormick product line, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Liaise with distributors and coordinate product deliveries to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to customer satisfaction
  2. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels
  3. Analyse distribution data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  4. Identify and resolve any distribution-related issues or bottlenecks
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to provide distribution support and address customer concerns
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and policies

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a distributor coordination or logistics role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of distribution and logistics processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain optimization
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with distributors, customers, and cross-functional teams
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and best practices
  7. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
