This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: Multimedia Specialist

This role will be strategically handling all multimedia projects of Talent Branding & Employee Engagement Team supporting Manila employee base and market.. This role will be reporting to the incoming Branding Officer and temporarily to the Associate Director. 

  • Graphic Arts. Able to conceptualize, design and execute visual art materials according to marketing brief using Adobe Photoshop and other available tools; adept on design trends; adept on specs and design requirements for common digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, etc

  • Video Editing and Animation. Able to conceptualize, design and produce videos and animation according to marketing brief using available tools

  • Basic HTML programming skill. Able to design email templates using basic programming skills or use of template tools

  • Branding Guidelines. Able to understand, follow and execute designs following approved branding guidelines; able to audit materials to ensure compliance with company's branding guidelines

  • Stakeholder Management. Able to coordinate with internal clients to work on job request and alignment on project brief

  • Photography and Videography. With experience in handling camera for photography and videography; able to assist the team in content creation through creative execution

  • Job Order Management. Able to manage and monitor all job requests using a ticketing system and ensure timely delivery of requests based on SLA

     

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • 3+ years of related experience in graphic and video design

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Art/Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Marketing, or an equivalent field

  • Extensive knowledge of the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Communication and collaboration: Average communication and collaborative skills.

  • Video Production. Understanding of the video production process is a plus.

  • Socmed Platforms and Print Media. Knowledge of social media platforms and print media.

  • Team Player. Goal-oriented and a team player.

  • Extended working hours and urgency: Willing to work extended hours occasionally and possesses a sense of urgency.

  • Home internet connection: Outstanding home internet connectivity to support tasks and projects.

  • Offsite meetings: Willing to attend occasional offsite meetings and projects as required.

  • Willing to work on hybrid setup days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas). Willing to be onsite and offsite for company employee events.
