About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who can bring concepts to life through graphic design, video, photography, and motion content across digital channels. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and internal teams to develop multimedia assets that drive engagement and reflect our visual identity. Key Responsibilities Design compelling digital and print assets including social media graphics, presentations, proposals, marketing collaterals, and event branding. Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, events, and internal use. Develop short-form video content including promotional videos, product explainers, case study snippets, and team interviews. Edit audio and video using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. Create motion graphics, animated elements, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative output. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, storyboard, and execute content needs across departments. Manage a library of multimedia assets and ensure files are organised, accessible, and compliant with brand standards. Must-Haves 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, digital content creation, or similar. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video projects. Experience with photography and videography including shooting, editing, and lighting. Working knowledge of audio recording and editing tools. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Highly Desirable Own camera and audio equipment capable of professional-grade photo and video capture. Experience filming interviews, events, and workplace culture content. Experience working with agencies or internal marketing teams in a fast-paced environment. Skills in motion design or animation (e.g., After Effects, Canva Pro animation). #J-18808-Ljbffr
