As a QA Tester, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring flawless product delivery through manual and automated testing. The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a QA Tester or QA Engineer in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge across multiple testing types (manual and automated)
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Cucumber, Maven, Selenium)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical teams
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI)
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Lighthouse)
• Experience in digital agency or client-facing roles
• ISTQB certification or equivalent

Your Daily Tasks

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts
• Carry out a wide range of testing:
• Unit, Functional & non-functional testing
• Regression testing and End-to-end testing
• Performance and usability testing
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional Scrum teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify, document, and track bugs and inconsistencies using tools such as Jira or TestRail
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and standards
• Ensure test coverage is comprehensive across features, user journeys, and edge cases
• Review requirements and design documentation to ensure clarity and testability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
• Track and analyse QA metrics and dashboards to provide visibility into product quality and release readiness
• Define and align quality objectives at epic and feature levels, ensuring all QA activities adhere to the overarching QA strategy and principles.
