Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Project HR Officer/Associate to support the human resource needs of the MTerra Solar Project. The role will primarily focus on recruitment for various positions across project sites but will also involve providing general HR support as needed. The successful candidate will be based in Pasig City but must be willing to travel to project locations when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding for both skilled professionals and site-based workers.
  • Manage job postings and utilize various sourcing channels including online job boards, social media, and local community recruitment.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation through HR systems and trackers.
  • Facilitate deployment coordination in collaboration with site admin teams.
  • Participate in job fairs, community outreach, and other recruitment drives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws during the hiring process.
  • Regularly report on recruitment progress and manpower updates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future project needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment in the construction, engineering, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to Gapan, Nueva Ecija as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with basic HR or recruitment systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a project-based environment.
  • Willing to accept project-based employment status.
  • Can start immediately.
