We're seeking a results-driven Google Ads & Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms. This role is perfect for a proactive digital marketer with strong PPC expertise, a strategic mindset, and a knack for turning ad spend into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify target audiences, select the most effective platforms, and set campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
  • Research keywords, audiences, and market trends to inform campaign direction.

Ad Creation & Optimization

  • Write compelling ad copy and select engaging creatives that drive conversions.
  • Collaborate on landing page design and content to maximize conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and targeting to improve performance.

Campaign Management & Performance Tracking

  • Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Use advanced targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences to expand reach and engagement.
  • Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.

Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate campaign results and strategy adjustments clearly to clients or internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, best practices, and emerging digital advertising trends.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Google Adscampaign management, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Experience with at least one paid social advertising platform (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience segmentation, and conversion funnels.
  • Skilled in data analysis, budget management, and ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail.
  • Agency experience or handling multiple client accounts preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working with Australian clients is an advantage.

System Knowledge:

  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and tracking platforms is a plus.
