What You'll Be Doing

  • Google & LinkedIn Ads

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns (search, display, remarketing, sponsored content).

  • Conduct audience targeting, keyword selection, and ad copywriting.

  • Track daily performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

  • SEO

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic rankings and traffic.

  • Handle keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO fixes.

  • Monitor search performance and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report campaign and SEO performance.

  • Make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and best practices.

About You

You're not new to this. You know how to get the right message in front of the right audience—whether it's through a perfectly targeted ad or a well-optimized search strategy. You're quick to spot opportunities, confident in making data-driven decisions, and always testing to get better results.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.

  • Strong understanding of PPC metrics, keyword strategies, and conversion tracking.

  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at once.
