DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote company projects and services.
  • Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for promotional materials, branding, and content creation.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer preferences.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
  • Assist in organizing events, exhibits, and client presentations.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers to support marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and creative skills.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and content creation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel for events or site-related marketing activities.
