Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle tax planning, preparation, and filing for the organization.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist with external audit processes.
  • Monitor and maintain accounting systems and controls.
  • Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with active license.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
