What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the go-to person for helping our customers through a blend of calls, emails, and chats. No single day will feel the same—you'll switch between tasks so it's never just 9 hours of pure calls or pure non-voice work. You'll listen, understand customer needs, and make sure they feel supported and heard. Whether it's answering questions, solving problems, or simply making someone's day better, you'll play a key role in creating a great customer experience.
On top of that, you'll help us hit service goals, keep track of customer info, and ensure smooth communication and processes. Basically—you'll help us keep things running smoothly while being the friendly face (or voice) our customers remember.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 6 to 12 months of customer service experience (or a similar role). If you've hit or exceeded performance goals before, that's a big plus You've got great energy on the phone, stay calm under pressure, and can connect with all kinds of people. You're comfortable using CRM tools and multitasking without missing a beat. Communication is your superpower, and you know how to stay professional and friendly no matter the situation. Willing to join as soon as possible.
