Customer Service Associate (Voice & Non-Voice)

Location: OTC, Antipolo

Employment Type: Project-Based (3 months)

Work Schedule: Night Shift, Onsite

Salary: Php 25,000/month

Start Date: ASAP


About the Role

We are looking for driven and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to deliver exceptional support to our US-based clients across multiple channels—voice, email, chat, and social media. This role is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, solutions-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality service standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
  • Deliver empathetic, solution-driven support in every interaction
  • Meet and maintain key performance metrics, including AHT, CSAT, break adherence, attendance, and quality scores
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and ensure consistent availability
  • Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Exhibit a "People First" mentality and a positive approach to challenges
  • Accurately document interactions and escalate issues when necessary

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience supporting US accounts (voice, email, chat, or social media)
  • Neutral English accent with clear and professional communication skills
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or other customer support platforms
  • Strong understanding of customer service metrics and best practices
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends
  • Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
