We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows that streamline business processes across various systems. The ideal candidate has experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, and can translate business requirements into efficient, scalable automation solutions.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Dynamics 365) and third-party systems via connectors or APIs.
  • Develop error handling, logging, and notifications for robust automation solutions.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing flows for performance and reliability.
  • Create and manage documentation for workflows, configurations, and processes.
  • Work closely with Power Apps, Power BI, and Azure teams to support broader Power Platform initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions follow company policies, governance, and data security best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform development.
  • Strong understanding of workflow logic, data manipulation, and process design.
  • Experience integrating with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, or RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and Microsoft Dataverse preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
