Job Purpose
Responsible for preparing, verifying, and issuing accurate invoices for all sales transactions. Supports the sales team in maintaining organized records, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely billing and collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue invoices, billing statements, and official receipts for all completed sales transactions.
- Check accuracy of sales orders, delivery receipts, and supporting documents before billing.
- Maintain and update sales and invoice records in the company database.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of documents to clients.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices when required.
- Prepare regular reports on billing status, sales, and collections.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Support the Sales Department in administrative tasks, including filing, encoding, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related field (preferred but not required).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, invoicing, or administrative work.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and billing procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
