We are seeking a motivated Sales Admin Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales department with administrative tasks, managing data, and ensuring efficient operations. What We're Looking For:

  • College Graduate (Preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Accounting or Marketing Graduate)
  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • 3 years or above relevant experience in sales administration
  • Proficiency in MS Excel application (VLookUP, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas)
  • Attention to detail, organization, problem solving, and math are essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs general sales administrative duties as needed including coding and processing of invoices and tracking sales and marketing budgets.
  • Track orders: Ensure orders are processed and products are delivered on time.
  • Maintain customer database: Keep records of customers and external partners.
  • Process paperwork: Prepare quotations and other paperwork (Invoices, AR, SOA)
  • Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer questions, requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain records: Keep records, trackers, and internal databases.
  • Submit expense reports as needed.
  • Distribute mail: Distribute incoming and outgoing mail (i.e Internal and External Memos)
  • Assists with planning and execution of marketing promotions, events and grand openings as needed.
