Key Responsibilities
- Encode and maintain accurate sales data, orders, and transactions in the system.
- Prepare, update, and organize sales reports, invoices, and client records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for documentation, order processing, and customer requirements.
- Monitor and track sales performance, pending orders, and deliveries.
- Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
- Handle communication with clients and internal departments when needed.
- Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of sales documents and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support, admin, or data encoding.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of sales systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
