Key Responsibilities

  • Encode and maintain accurate sales data, orders, and transactions in the system.
  • Prepare, update, and organize sales reports, invoices, and client records.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for documentation, order processing, and customer requirements.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, pending orders, and deliveries.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Handle communication with clients and internal departments when needed.
  • Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of sales documents and records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support, admin, or data encoding.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of sales systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
